The Man Your Wife Wants To Have Sex With
Video overview: “The man your wife wants to have sex with” can feel like a punch in the gut when sex is rare and you’re already feeling unwanted. This video is about the three traits a man has to build in himself first if he wants more sexual chemistry, more confidence, and a different kind of energy in his marriage.

That title hurts a little, doesn’t it?

The man your wife wants to have sex with.

If sex is infrequent in your marriage, that can land like an accusation. It can poke right into the place you’re already trying not to think about too much. The place that wonders, “Am I still that man to her?”

I know that ache.

A man can be doing a lot right in his life and still feel crushed by the lack of sexual connection at home. He can work hard, provide, parent, help, stay loyal, and try to be patient. And still, when he gets into bed at night beside the woman he loves, there’s this heavy silence around sex that nobody knows how to talk about without making it worse.

So he starts asking the usual questions.

What do I need to say? What do I need to do? How do I get her interested again? How do I stop feeling like the guy who is always wanting more? How do I become attractive to my own wife again without begging, pressuring, or pretending I don’t care?

Those are painful questions.

But they’re not bad questions.

The problem is that most men try to answer them from the wrong place. They try to solve the sex problem by focusing almost completely on her. Her mood. Her desire. Her affection. Her body language. Her reasons. Her resistance. Her complaints. Her willingness.

And before he knows it, the man has made his wife the judge of whether he gets to feel confident, masculine, relaxed, or valuable.

That’s a brutal way to live.

This video is about bringing the focus back where it belongs first. Not because your wife doesn’t matter. She does. Not because the sexual relationship doesn’t matter. It absolutely does. But because the man you are bringing into the marriage matters more than the next thing you say to her.

Sexual chemistry doesn’t come back because a man finally finds the perfect argument.

It doesn’t come back because he complains enough, sacrifices enough, helps enough, or waits quietly enough. It doesn’t usually come back because he becomes more harmless, more careful, more agreeable, and more afraid of upsetting her.

A lot of good men become less attractive while trying very hard to be good husbands.

That’s the part nobody wants to say out loud.

They become cautious. They hide their desire. They avoid conflict. They act like sex doesn’t matter because they’re tired of being rejected. Or they go the other way and make every touch, every hug, every conversation, and every night in bed carry the weight of their frustration.

Neither one creates desire.

In this video, I talk about three basic traits a man has to master in himself before he can create the kind of sexual chemistry and frequency he really wants. And I use that word “master” carefully, because this is not about pretending. This is not about performing confidence. This is not about copying some tough-guy routine from the internet.

It’s about becoming steady from the inside.

A woman can feel whether you’re grounded or grasping. She can feel whether you’re offering desire from strength or asking her to make you feel okay. She can feel whether you’re relaxed in your own skin or silently begging for proof that you still matter.

That doesn’t make her cruel.

It makes her human.

And it means you have far more influence than you may think.

The man your wife wants to have sex with is not necessarily richer, younger, better looking, or more charming than you. He may not be some fantasy version of yourself who never gets tired, insecure, hurt, or confused.

He’s the version of you who stopped abandoning himself.

He’s the version of you who knows what he wants and can say it without shame. He’s the version of you who can handle disappointment without turning cold or pathetic. He’s the version of you who brings warmth, humor, strength, honesty, and sexual energy without needing her to manage his confidence.

That’s a very different man to live with.

And if you’re honest, you probably know when you’ve drifted away from him.

I’m not saying that to beat you up. I’m saying it because I want you to have some hope that isn’t dependent on your wife suddenly changing first. You don’t have to wait for her to become more affectionate before you start becoming proud of yourself again.

You can start now.

You can start by noticing where you’ve become needy, resentful, passive, careful, or self-protective. You can start by telling the truth to yourself before you try to tell it to her. You can start by rebuilding your inside game with other men who understand exactly what this kind of rejection does to a man’s mind and heart.

Because this is not just about more sex.

It’s about becoming the kind of man who can create a marriage that feels alive again. A man who doesn’t collapse when his wife is distant. A man who doesn’t hide his desire because he’s afraid of being judged. A man who doesn’t make his wife responsible for whether he feels strong.

That’s the work underneath the work.

And when a man starts doing that, the energy in the relationship can change. Not by force. Not by manipulation. Not by another long talk that leaves both of you exhausted.

It changes because he changes.

He walks differently. He speaks differently. He listens differently. He touches differently. He wants differently.

And she can feel that.

Become the man you respect again
