How To Control Sadness & Bitterness When I’m Around Her
Video overview: If you’ve been trying to handle your marriage, confidence, and self-worth mostly alone, this video is for you. The men you spend time with shape how you think, how you show up, and how strong you feel when life gets hard.

Most men do not need another secret technique.

They do not need another late-night search about what to say to their wife. They do not need another video telling them to be more alpha, less needy, more mysterious, less emotional, more patient, or more detached.

Most men need better men around them.

That may sound simple, but it is one of the biggest missing pieces in a man’s life.

When your marriage feels cold, distant, sexless, tense, or uncertain, your mind can become a dangerous place to live alone. You replay conversations. You wonder what she meant. You try to read her face. You ask yourself if you are too needy, too passive, too angry, too sensitive, too late, or just not the man she wants anymore.

And if you keep all of that inside your own head, it usually gets darker.

You may have friends. You may have guys you talk to at work, watch sports with, joke with, drink with, or complain with. That is fine. There is nothing wrong with having buddies.

But that is not the same as having men who really know what is going on inside you.

It is not the same as having men who can hear the truth about your marriage without shaming you, rescuing you, or turning it into a blame session about your wife.

It is not the same as having men who can challenge you, support you, encourage you, laugh with you, and call you forward when you are hiding from yourself.

That is why I say most men need to seriously up the average of the men they choose to hang around.

Not because you are better than anyone. Not because you need to become arrogant or cut everyone out of your life.

Because the men around you affect your standards.

They affect what you think is normal. They affect how honestly you speak. They affect whether you stay stuck in resentment or start taking responsibility for your life. They affect whether you leave a conversation feeling drained and more confused, or energized, peaceful, and more powerful.

That matters.

The Men’s Live Coaching Roundtable was created to give men that kind of room.

A room where you can tell the truth.

A room where other men understand what it feels like to be rejected, confused, lonely, afraid of divorce, unsure how to talk to your wife, and tired of feeling like the only one who cares about the connection.

A room where nobody needs you to perform.

And also a room where nobody is interested in helping you stay weak.

That is important.

Because the right men will care about your pain, but they will not let you become a victim of it. They will understand why you feel hurt, but they will not let you use that hurt as an excuse to blame, collapse, chase, withdraw, or keep doing the same things that are not working.

That is what good brotherhood does.

It gives you encouragement and challenge at the same time.

There is a lot of laughter in that kind of room. There is support. There is positive energy. There is the relief of feeling heard and seen by men who have walked in your shoes, or are walking in them right now.

But there is also honesty.

You may hear another man say, “Brother, I get why that hurt. And here is where you are still giving your power away.”

You may hear, “Yes, rejection is brutal. And here is how to stop making her response the measure of your worth.”

You may hear, “I know you love her. Now let’s talk about the man you are becoming while this is happening.”

That is the kind of conversation most men are starving for.

Because your wife cannot take you into masculine confidence. She may love you. She may want you to grow. She may even be quietly waiting for you to become more solid, calm, directed, and emotionally strong.

But she cannot do that work for you.

You need men for that.

You need men who care about becoming better. Men who want to connect, share, learn, and grow. Men who are not there to whine, complain, blame, or shame. Men who want to become clearer, stronger, more confident, and more attractive from the inside out.

That kind of room helps you pull the curtain back.

It helps you see the confident man who is still in there.

He may feel buried right now. Buried under fear, resentment, rejection, confusion, loneliness, or years of trying to be good enough.

But he is not gone.

The right men can help pull him forward again.

That is what this video is really about. Not just joining a group. Not just getting access to calls, recordings, resources, coaching, Q&A, private support, and men who care about you.

Those things matter.

But the deeper invitation is this.

Stop trying to become a stronger man in isolation.

Get around men who raise you. Get around men who tell the truth. Get around men who leave you feeling more peaceful and powerful than before you spent time with them.

Because brother, the right room can change how you think, how you lead, how you love, and how you live.

And maybe this is the year everything starts to change for you.

Get around men who raise you

If you’ve been trying to handle your marriage, confidence, and self-worth alone, it may be time to get into a stronger room. Come talk with us and let us help you find the calmer, clearer, more confident man you know is still in there.
